Propiedades Psicométricas de una Escala de Comportamientos Cívicos en Ecuador

Resumen

El propósito de este estudio es presentar las propiedades psicométricas de un nuevo instrumento desarrollado por los autores para medir la percepción que tienen los trabajadores de una Organización con respecto a los comportamientos cívicos de sus compañeros, de su equipo de trabajo y de su jefe.  Para esto,  340 colaboradores de una Institución de Superior de Educación  en Ecuador respondieron a la Escala de Comportamientos Cívicos (ECC) y a través de un análisis factorial confirmatorio y un modelo de ecuaciones estructurales se demostró que el instrumento presenta una alta fiabilidad (α=0.96) y una validez convergente y discriminante que puede ser usada por otros investigadores y profesionales para evaluar los comportamientos cívicos en entornos educativos.
