Healthy and Resilient Organizations: Implementation of Occupational Risk Protocols as a Key Factor to Recover Presential Activities From of COVID-19

Abstract

This study, the purpose of which is to show that the protocols for reactivating presential activities after confinement and stoppage due to COVID-19, based on four axes: legal compliance, technical safety compliance, health surveillance and socialization of the protocols. It is a descriptive cross-sectional analysis; an online survey was conducted in ten companies with more than one hundred workers. The results obtained indicated a high percentage of non-compliance in the analyzed variables, with these findings found, the protocols must be technically formulated according to a comprehensive risk analysis in the face of a disruptive event to maintain an organizational balance between reactivation of activities and prevention of workers in the face of the pandemic.
