Escuelas de pensamiento en Gestión de Proyectos. Revisión de literatura

Resumen
Un tema reiterativo en la investigación de la gestión de proyectos es la evolución de sus temáticas de investigación. Trabajos seminales sobre este tema fueron realizados por Kloppenborg y Opfer (2002), Söderlund, (2002), Biedenbach y Müller (2011), y Turner y otros (2013). Este artículo tiene por objeto presentar una revisión de literatura sobre las escuelas de pensamiento de la gestión de proyectos. Se revisaron artículos científicos de las bases SCOPUS, Web of Science (WOS) y Google Scholar, publicados en el periodo 1980-2022, con el fin de identificar las escuelas del pensamiento existentes hasta la fecha y documentar las características de cada una de ellas. Se identificaron diez escuelas de pensamiento, lo cual representa un punto de partida para futuras investigaciones sobre los fenómenos y comportamientos de la gestión de proyectos, alineados hacia una escuela de pensamiento o a una mezcla de ellas (Chadee y otros, 2021).
