Salario emocional en la satisfacción laboral de empleados de PYMES. Revisión bibliográfica

Resumen
En la actualidad, el salario emocional es relevante al satisfacer necesidades personales, familiares y profesionales, mejorando la calidad de vida y promoviendo la conciliación laboral. La satisfacción laboral abarca diferentes aspectos como el trabajo, la remuneración, las oportunidades de promoción, la supervisión y las relaciones con los compañeros. Este artículo tiene por objeto validar la existencia de literatura sobre el impacto del salario emocional en la satisfacción laboral. Se recopiló información científica de la base de datos SCOPUS y se utilizó el software ToS para procesar y visualizar los datos. Los resultados mostraron que el salario emocional y la satisfacción laboral son temas importantes en diversas disciplinas. El análisis bibliométrico reveló una conexión teórica entre ambos conceptos. Se sugiere realizar un análisis cualitativo de las definiciones de salario emocional y satisfacción laboral, y profundizar en investigaciones futuras.
