Eficiencia del Gasto Público en la salud

Abstract
La presente investigación analiza la importancia de una correcta administración del gasto público, con el objetivo de valorar los métodos que accedan a desarrollar un sistema de contrataciones estatales que permita atender sus obligaciones. Se realizó una revisión de la literatura con artículos publicados en los últimos 5 años, sobre la eficiencia del gasto público en contrataciones estatales en los idiomas inglés y español. Para la selección se utilizaron estudios observacionales, aleatorizados y no aleatorizados, revisiones sistemáticas, metaanálisis. La clave para la contratación pública es la eficiencia y productividad del sistema de salud, para satisfacer las necesidades en pro del bienestar de la ciudadanía, siguiendo normativas para continuar en una constante mejora de los procesos administrativos dentro de un entorno de modernización bajo estricta vigilancia, a fin de lograr resultados positivos.
