Abstract
This book presents a comprehensive perspective on the knowledge and practice of Organizational Behavior and Personnel Administration. This obeys to the approach of the subjects from a general position to the particular, that is to say, it includes the behavior from an introductory and basic part to the behavior in the organizations, the behaviors of the individuals that conform it, the management of group and social processes, the leadership and the designs of the organizational structures.
