Resumen
Este estudio adopta un enfoque riguroso para identificar temas de tendencia en el estudio de los trabajadores del conocimiento, a fin de guiar a los investigadores en la selección de futuras investigaciones. Se utilizaron análisis de redes de palabras y diagramas estratégicos, herramientas importantes en el campo, para examinar una base de datos completa de referencias bibliográficas publicadas en las bases de datos Web of Science (WOS) y SCOPUS desde 1977 hasta 2022, de las cuales se seleccionaron 694 artículos. El análisis de unidades se basó en los títulos, resúmenes y palabras clave. El análisis de redes de palabras reveló cinco comunidades distintas: ventaja competitiva y desempeño organizacional, compromiso laboral, gestión de recursos humanos, creación de conocimiento y ambiente laboral, y el mapa estratégico identificó tres temas centrales con potencial de desarrollo significativo: ventaja competitiva, desempeño organizacional, y compromiso organizacional.
